The following Terms and Conditions are aimed at regulating the procedure for booking an accessible vehicle through the GoTo Global Mobility LTD, subject to and in accordance with the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms and Conditions").
The type of booking
GoTo offers an accessible service for people with disabilities, which enables any subscriber with a disability who requires the service to contact us by phone in order to hire an accessible vehicle (subject to availability).
How do you make a booking?
Booking a car for a subscriber with a disability is only possible for an hour minimum, with an additional charge for every 15 minutes beyond the first hour. The booking must be made at least 24 hours before the requested time. The vehicle can be collected from the company's offices at 20 Lincoln Street, Tel Aviv (collection point), and must be returned to the same address at the end of the rental period.

The subscriber must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it had when it was picked up. Failure to do so, will incur extra charges.
GoTo will charge a monthly subscription fee of 50 ₪, which will be deducted from the monthly payment for accessible vehicles only.
(The deduction will apply for trips, from the first trip and up to 3 months).

The exclusive local jurisdiction for any matter relating to the operation and / or the interpretation of the provisions of these regulations is in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
