• Responsibility for all digital assets and platforms including customer full journey.
• Work closely with marketing & technology teams to execute content strategy on all digital platforms.
• Develop lifecycle campaign strategies, segment, and target audiences for engagement and conversion using persona-based personalized journeys.
• Manage vendors for outsourced digital design and development.
• Ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications collecting, monitoring, and analyzing marketing and App behavioral data.

• Experience managing a customer experience/retention manager through MA platforms for at least two years - MUST
• Hands-on digital marketing experience in App companies.
• Advanced experience with marketing tools like Braze, Appsflyer WordPress, Google Analytics, etc.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in reporting results.
• Comfortable collaborating and managing stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• A creative spirit, curiosity, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a team player

• Lead the complete design cycle, which includes thorough competitor research, gathering UI inspirations, crafting wireframes, creating pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios, and delivering these to the development team.
• Design screens & UI elements for both web & mobile platforms, ensuring a superb user experience and straightforward, intuitive interaction.
• Take an active role in brainstorming new concepts and ideas that will evolve into cutting-edge tech products.
• Collaborate with the Product team on usability testing and revising journey prototypes based on client and team members' feedback.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for customer-facing products is a must.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing mobile applications is required.
• Experience with mobility products would be a significant advantage. Experience working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools is mandatory.
• Experience with animation tools would be an advantage.
• You must provide a strong portfolio that showcases your design work.
• Experience in solving complex UX challenges in product design.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a necessity.
• You should have demonstrated knowledge of typography and design layout principles.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Interest in, or experience with, data visualisation is desirable.
• You should be detail-oriented, with a passion for exploration.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines are crucial.
