Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibility for all digital assets and platforms including customer full journey.
Work closely with marketing & technology teams to execute content strategy on all digital platforms.
Develop lifecycle campaign strategies, segment, and target audiences for engagement and conversion using persona-based personalized journeys.
Manage vendors for outsourced digital design and development.
Ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications collecting, monitoring, and analyzing marketing and App behavioral data.
Experience managing a customer experience/retention manager through MA platforms for at least two years - MUST
Hands-on digital marketing experience in App companies.
Advanced experience with marketing tools like Braze, Appsflyer WordPress, Google Analytics, etc.
Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in reporting results.
Comfortable collaborating and managing stakeholders.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
A creative spirit, curiosity, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a team player
UI/UX Product Designer
Lead the complete design cycle, which includes thorough competitor research, gathering UI inspirations, crafting wireframes, creating pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios, and delivering these to the development team.
Design screens & UI elements for both web & mobile platforms, ensuring a superb user experience and straightforward, intuitive interaction.
Take an active role in brainstorming new concepts and ideas that will evolve into cutting-edge tech products.
Collaborate with the Product team on usability testing and revising journey prototypes based on client and team members' feedback.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for customer-facing products is a must.
At least 3 years of experience in designing mobile applications is required.
Experience with mobility products would be a significant advantage. Experience working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools is mandatory.
Experience with animation tools would be an advantage.
You must provide a strong portfolio that showcases your design work.
Experience in solving complex UX challenges in product design.
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a necessity.
You should have demonstrated knowledge of typography and design layout principles.
Fluency in English is essential.
Interest in, or experience with, data visualisation is desirable.
You should be detail-oriented, with a passion for exploration.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines are crucial.
